Swim meet administrative people love this form! The Heat Sheet Counter and Distribution Record helps those who print, copy, and distribute swim meet heat sheets to officials, coaches, and others. It adds up both the total and individual or team, heat sheet needs. Using an accurate count helps reduce the extra cost and waste of unused paperwork.
To use, fill in the name of each team or role that will receive a heat sheet in the “Position/LSC” column of the proper heat sheet format. Next, mark how many sheets each will need according to the session. The example file is set up in a prelims/finals format. Change count as required.
