In the fast-paced and sometimes confusing swim meet environment it's easy to make mistakes. For example, a computer operator can forget to print a set of labels for an event. Or, a page of labels can be misplaced by those doing the labeling. A tracking sheet can help make sure all events are processed correctly by both the meet administration and the award people.
Here is a blank form you can customize with information about your meet. Duplicate and add additional sheets for more sessions as needed. Insert the event and other needed information. It's also helpful to put an "X" in the first or second column event cell depending on whether the event is for individuals or relays. This can help prevent confusion as individual events require one label per place and relay events need 4 per place.
