If not managing volunteers via an online sign-up, the following roster can be very useful. First, modify to fit the needs of your meet. (For example, if the pool used has more than 6 lanes, additional timer slots will need to be added.) Then fill in information as volunteers are recruited. Using a roster quickly enables meet leadership to see where additional help is needed, and to know who has already signed up to help and in what position.
