Grab-n-Go Swim Meet ADMIN Downloads
Sometimes at swim meets, changes need to be made in the computer meet database. This form provides a written record of the requested change and required approval. When presented with a completed form, including approval the admin official or computer operator makes the change in the computer. If desired, a record of the change may be kept on the Scratch Record. Once properly recorded the Computer Change Form is filed with meet paperwork.
This is a generic Computer Change Form. The pdf format makes it quick and easy to print and use. Not all meets use this form.

Admin personnel can then review the log before finalizing event results to ensure all potential DQ’s have been appropriately closed. If using the log in this way, add titled columns as needed, especially if multiple administrative personnel will be using the same log.
